I sustained a serious injury to my low back at the L4-L5 level, in a work related accident. I was in bed for 2 weeks. I then started Spinal Decompression treatments. Dr. Jeff H. Jex grew up in Laketown, Utah at the south end of beautiful Bear Lake. He graduated from Rich High School in 1989 and served an LDS Mission in Santa Rosa, California from 1990-1992. Dr. Jex married Rachel van Gilse in 1992. They are the proud parents of four daughters and one son. |
